1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on TrueHeart, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & Matching Policy

TrueHeart is a curated platform designed to foster genuine connections. To maintain a safe and aligned community, the following matching rules apply based on gender and sexual orientation:

• Male members may be matched with female members who identify as straight or bisexual.
• Female members may be matched with male members, bisexual female members, or lesbian female members.

We do not currently offer male‑to‑male matching. This policy is not intended to discriminate, but to create a specific user experience. It may be updated at our discretion.

3. Verification & Safety

All members must pass a liveness check (video selfie verification) and may optionally obtain an iris‑based uniqueness badge. Fake profiles, bots, and deepfakes are strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

Premium membership costs £4.99/month. All payments are non‑refundable unless required by law.

5. Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Harassment, solicitation, and explicit content are prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
